Nathan is currently the VP of Science Strategy at Vesta. Over the past 10 years, he has advised across several disciplines including marine carbon dioxide removal (CDR), oceanography, microbial genomics, exponential tech, entrepreneurship, regenerative design, and AI-driven culture prediction. Using this foundation, he consults and advises numerous large and small organizations on environmental, cultural, and technological strategies.

Nathan is an Adjunct Professor of Environmental Studies at USC where he collaborates with faculty to design curriculum that integrates environmental research, big data, environmental justice, and regenerative design principles. He is also a former Adjunct Faculty member of the Lyle Center for Regenerative Studies at Cal Poly Pomona.
